What is i-Vive?

i-Vive is a family of products produced by Panaceutics.  We chose the name i-Vive for several reasons. The “i” stands for you, the individual who deserves the information about your health and the nutrition you need to live the life you envision.  “Vive” is from the Latin word for “life”, so i-Vive is about living your best life.

What does i-Vive offer?

i-Vive offers nutrition that is optimized for you.  Through years of research we’ve perfected methods to make the nutrition you need convenient, simple, fresh, portable, easy to take and, most importantly, delicious, without any added sugars.  Our initial products are intended to promote your immune system, but other products that address other health concerns will be coming out shortly.

What makes the i-Vive nutrition products different from other similar products?

Our scientists and technologists have spent years perfecting an approach that enables simplicity, convenience, and flexibility when consuming the nutrition you need while ensuring it tastes great.  i-Vive produces its nutrition in a fresh, tasty fruit puree.  No pills that can be difficult to swallow, no powders that must be mixed, no gummies with additional flavors and sugars.  Just a simple, tasty, portable, convenient snack that goes with you and can be consumed anywhere.

How do I get started with i-Vive?

Easy!  Just place an order for one of our tasty immunity supplements and within a few days your 14-day supply will arrive at your door.  The 2-ounce pouches don’t need refrigeration, and you can take them anywhere and consume them anywhere, anytime you want to boost your immune system.

 

Product questions: 

What does “personalized nutrition” mean?

Today, our personalization means that you can select between flavors and dosages of our standard products.  However, we are on a journey which will allow you to customize your i-Vive products based on scientific data and your needs and beliefs. We’re working diligently to maximize the personalization options available to you.

Does the i-Vive product replace a meal or guarantee all the nutrition I need for a day?

i-Vive products are complements to your regular healthy meal consumption to help ensure you receive all the vitamins, minerals, fibers and other ingredients your body needs.  The pouches are not meant to replace a meal, but to supplement the meals you are already eating.

How many calories in i-Vive products?

There are approximately 25 calories in a 2-ounce pouch. 

How often do I take i-Vive products?

Take one pouch per day, that’s it. No pills, no powders, no gummies!

How will I know what vitamins and other ingredients are in my i-Vive products?

All i-Vive products ship with a standard supplement nutrition label that lists the ingredients in our products and, for active ingredients like vitamins and minerals, includes the dosage where appropriate as well as the % recommended daily dosage. 

What special ingredients are in the i-Vive Immunity products?

i-Vive Immunity Support and i-Vive Immunity Boost contain specially selected ingredients like Vitamin C and Vitamin D plus elderberry. 

What fruits are in the puree smoothie base?

We offer two flavors – Very Berry and Tropical Blend. The Very Berry flavor is a mix of strawberry and blueberry, while the Tropical Blend combines banana, pineapple, and mango flavors. Both products also contain elderberry.

Are i-Vive products the best immunity support products for women?

Are i-Vive products made in the USA?

Yes. i-Vive products are made at our clean, state-of-the-art facilities right here in the USA! 

Do i-Vive products contain added sugars?

No, unlike other supplements, especially gummies, our products contain no added sugar.

Are i-Vive products gluten free?

While the i-Vive Immunity Support and i-Vive Immunity Boost ingredients do not contain gluten, we are still working to certify that the products are truly gluten free. 

Do i-Vive products contain animal products?

i-Vive Immunity Support and i-Vive Immunity Boost products contain no animal products.

Are i-Vive products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. We do not conduct animal testing for our products. 

Do i-Vive products have to be refrigerated? How do I store them?

You can refrigerate them if you like the product cold but i-Vive products are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration. When you receive your order, store the pouches in a cool place out of direct sunlight like on a pantry shelf or in a drawer. 

Does the i-Vive pouch contain BPA or other chemicals?

No, the i-Vive pouches contain no BPA or other harmful chemicals.

Do i-Vive products have an expiration date? 

Yes, i-Vive products have expiration dates which are clearly marked on each pouch and on the shipping container. Unlike large scale producers who manufacture product to sit on shelves for years, we currently use a small batch production model and a very short shelf life of 45 days to make sure that you are getting the freshest product possible. As we grow and develop, we will look to extend the product shelf life and further increase your convenience. You can feel confident that the product is good to consume up to the very last day. 

Where do you get your ingredients? 

We source our ingredients from leading, trusted providers in the US and across the globe. All of our vendors are certified and validated, and we regularly test our ingredients for purity and potency.

Are your products regulated by the FDA?

Our ingredients and manufacturing process, as well as our final product, are all subject to regulations and oversight by the Food and Drug Administration.

How do I order i-Vive products?

To order i-Vive products, simply click the SHOP tab at the top of the page and follow the directions. We’ve made it easy for you to select the products you want as well as to direct and pay for your order. If you have questions, you can contact Customer Service at info@i-Vive.com.

How often can I reorder my i-Vive product?

We offer our products in 14-day packages, so you can order as often as you need to.  

Can I contact someone if I have a question about my order?

How long does it take to receive my i-Vive order?

During the checkout process you can indicate standard shipping or expedited shipping.  Standard shipping is typically 2-3 days for most of the country.

Will you ship to a PO or APO box?

i-Vive is shipped through traditional shipping companies (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to US addresses.  We can ship to PO boxes, but not all locations accept packages.  Check with your box provider.  We can ship to APOs that are US-based. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all the commonly accepted credit cards – Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express.  

Can I buy i-Vive if I live outside of the US?

No, currently we only ship to US addresses.

What’s your return/refund policy?

Because of the shelf life of the product, we do not accept returns.  We believe deeply in our products and want you to be satisfied.  We have a no questions asked policy.  If you aren’t completely happy with i-Vive products, contact us for a full refund.  If you have a problem with your order, or desire a refund on your order, please contact us at refunds@i-Vive.com.

Are all the ingredients safe to consume?

All the ingredients are fresh, vital for your health and safe to consume. No pills, no powders so no measuring errors, dosing errors, or difficulty swallowing. Just simply enjoy one 2-ounce pouch per day of easy to swallow, delicious, fresh fruit puree smoothie. 

Are there any risks of side effects?

There should be no side effects unless you have allergies to the ingredients listed in the supplement label.  We recommend that you always speak to your doctor about increasing your nutrition if you are taking any medications.
